How it works
Before accepting a translation project, ah
needs to see a sample of the original text.
A translation
agreement between Translator and Client may be required for
jobs over 12,000 words. The agreement shall outline the following:
• Number of source text words to be translated
• Date, time and method of delivery
• Rate of remuneration and total amount due
• Date and method of payment For smaller jobs,
e-mail correspondence shall serve as sufficient written documentation
in lieu of the translation agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All knowledge and
information gained through translation or interpreting assignments
will be treated as strictly confidential. |

Billing
Translation services:
Billing is based on word count in the source language.
Language consulting,
editing & interpreting services: Billing is based
on an hourly or daily rate. The total balance
shall be due in full upon receipt of the translated document(s) or
completion of assignment, unless
otherwise agreed.
Cancellation policy for
interpreting bookings: cancellations within 24 hours of
interpreting assignment will incur a cancellation fee (50% of
booked time).
